Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
This contract combines three billing components. Strata Access is your base entitlement to use the platform. Compute Quarterly Usage covers the compute you consume, measured in units each quarter. Overage per contract applies when your usage rises above what your contract includes. Together, these let a fixed contract cover baseline access and expected compute, then bill separately for anything beyond that level. Your total cost scales with how much compute your workflows use over the term.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Compute Quarterly Usage meters the compute your workflows consume, tracked in units over each three-month period. The platform runs named automations like matter intake, invoice appeals, and lateral hire onboarding. As these agents run more work, your compute unit count rises for that quarter.
When quarterly compute rises above your contracted level, the Overage per contract dimension applies. Overage bills separately for the compute beyond your included amount. Your Strata Access base entitlement stays fixed. Only the compute above your contract threshold triggers extra charges.
