This includes gathering inventory of servers, applications, and databases, as well as identifying the necessary AWS tools. The AWS Partner will utilize tools such as AWS Application Discovery Service and Migration Portfolio Assessment to expedite the discovery and analysis process.
- Deliverables: Collect current "as-is" documentation on architecture, applications, and system design. Supplement any missing documentation. Review the business justification and ensure alignment with Sample Customer's overall goals. Conduct a right-sizing analysis and confirm the estimates with the customer. Finalize the migration plan and cost estimates. Prepare a comprehensive Business Case report.
