AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract prices along two separate dimensions. The first charges by the size of source data ingested for discovery cases, billed per GB. Your cost here rises as your matter grows in data volume. The second charges by the number of user accounts you set up. These dimensions work independently, so you can scale data processing and team access separately. Pricing tracks the amount of data you handle and how many people need access, rather than a fixed subscription tier.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one unit for the data-size dimension?
One unit is one gigabyte of source data ingested for your discovery cases. The platform measures the total data volume at the source, before review. Your charge scales directly with how many gigabytes you load, so a larger matter loads more data and costs more per GB.
Which dimension drives most of my bill — data size or user accounts?
Both charges apply independently on the same invoice. Data size usually drives cost, since it scales with each gigabyte of source material you ingest per matter. User account charges depend only on how many people you set up. Data-heavy matters with small teams see data volume dominate.
If my matter grows and I ingest more data, how does my cost change?
The data-size charge is metered per gigabyte ingested at the source. As you add more source data to a matter, each additional gigabyte adds to your cost. User account charges stay separate and do not change when data volume grows. You scale each dimension independently.
