You buy this FedRAMP Moderate solution as a contract, priced by how much SIEM (security event log) data you ingest each month. The four options are tiers based on monthly data volume. The first covers up to 750 GB, the next up to 1,500 GB, the third up to 2,250 GB, and the fourth up to 3,000 GB. Each tier bundles the Compliance Automation Platform with Compliance Advisory services. You pick the tier that matches your expected monthly data ingestion, and the price rises as the volume ceiling increases.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as SIEM data ingestion for billing purposes?
SIEM data is security event log data collected from your cloud environment for monitoring. The platform measures how many gigabytes it ingests each month. Your tier sets a monthly ceiling: 750, 1,500, 2,250, or 3,000 GB. You choose the tier that fits your expected monthly log volume.
What happens if my monthly log volume grows past my tier's ceiling?
Each tier caps monthly SIEM data ingestion at its stated volume. If your usage regularly approaches or exceeds the ceiling, you move to a tier with a taller ceiling. The price rises with the higher volume limit. Contact the vendor to confirm how a mid-contract change is handled.
Besides data ingestion, what services are included in each tier?
Every tier bundles the Compliance Automation Platform with Compliance Advisory services. The platform automates control implementation, documentation generation, threat detection, and continuous monitoring. Advisory services add gap assessments and remediation guidance. These services stay the same across tiers; only the monthly data ceiling and price differ.
