Buildin, is an all-in-one workspace to Create, Organize, Collaborate, and Monetize - combining docs, notes, tasks, wikis, and databases. What makes us unique: creators can turn their content into income with built-in subscriptions and monetization.
Buildin is a comprehensive note-taking and knowledge management tool designed for both individuals and teams. It offers flexible pages and databases that make it easy to organize notes, manage projects, and build team knowledge bases. Unlike other tools, Buildin combines a clean, intuitive editing experience with powerful team collaboration features, so your workflow, communication, and documentation all live in one place.
As one of the best Notion alternatives, Buildin goes beyond note-taking and collaboration by introducing a unique paid subscription feature for creators. You can turn your notes, templates, articles, or tutorials into paid content, set custom prices, and offer one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions. Subscribers get direct access within Buildin, eliminating the need for Gumroad or other third-party tools. This makes Buildin an all-in-one platform for creating, managing, and monetizing content, especially for digital creators, educators, and knowledge entrepreneurs.
On top of that, Buildin includes an AI-powered knowledge base. All content can be searched, summarized, and generated with AI, helping users quickly find answers, connect insights, and repurpose existing content. Whether you are running a team knowledge hub or building a paid content library for subscribers, Buildin helps you deliver more value with less effort.
If you are looking for a platform that combines note-taking, team collaboration, and content monetization in one seamless experience, Buildin is the tool to try.

Business Plan for Teams (100 seats) is $1,500/month (billed annually). It includes all Plus features along with team collaboration, team spaces, page permission management, member management, and member groups, and supports inviting up to 1000 guests.
You buy the Business Plan for Teams in three seat sizes: 10, 50, or 100 seats. All three are the same plan tier, billed annually with a per-month rate. Pricing scales with seat count, so cost grows in proportion to how many members you add. Each option carries the identical feature set, including all Plus features plus team collaboration, team spaces, page permission management, member management, and member groups. All sizes let you invite up to 1000 guests. Choose the seat size that matches your team, since the only difference across dimensions is how many members are covered.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one seat, and how are the 1000 guests different from seats?
A seat is a paying member of your team space who gets full editing access. The plan sizes cover 10, 50, or 100 such members. Guests are separate invited collaborators who do not consume a seat. You can invite up to 1000 guests regardless of which seat size you buy.
If my team outgrows its seat count, does the price cover just the new members or all seats?
The plan is billed per seat size, not by individual add-ons. Moving from 10 to 50 or 100 seats means paying the rate for the whole larger size, which covers all members. The three sizes are the same plan tier, so the feature set stays identical as you scale.
Does the seat count drive my cost, or does AI usage add separate charges?
Your seat size drives the plan cost, billed annually at a per-month rate. The dimensions cover team membership only. AI chat request usage is a separate add-on measured by request volume, so it is not included in these seat-based dimensions and would bill independently.
