Vendor refund policy
Customers may request a refund or billing adjustment if (i) they were charged in error, (ii) there was a duplicate charge, or (iii) Nuphos was materially unavailable due to an issue within our control and the customer was unable to use the service as intended. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge.
