Privaini empowers companies to effortlessly manage and continuously monitor privacy risks across their entire business ecosystem. No Questionnaires. No agents.
Privaini empowers enterprises to proactively manage privacy risks across their entire business ecosystem, prioritizing consumer privacy and regulatory compliance. With an outside-in approach, our AI-powered privacy postures and scores are based on externally observable privacy data, policies and disclosures, corporate structure, applicable global privacy regulations, historical events, and security data. This enables organizations to proactively mitigate privacy risks and enhance their compliance strategies.
Privaini provides a comprehensive evaluation of data collection, usage, sharing practices, regional privacy regulations, consumer rights, business obligations, consent mechanisms, and tracking technologies. By continuously monitoring Privacy UX elements and identifying discrepancies between the observations, privacy disclosures and online privacy management tool implementations of the company, Privaini facilitates proactive regulatory compliance against applicable regional privacy regulations. Companies gain actionable insights that their privacy and risks teams can readily implement, all without the need for cumbersome questionnaires or intrusive agents.
Privaini is designed for the privacy risk requirements of legal teams and Chief Privacy Officers (CPOs), product teams in achieving privacy regulatory compliance, security teams performing privacy assessments, corporate development teams involved in due diligence and integration process in M&A, and risk management and compliance groups selecting business partners.
Global industry leaders in financial services, healthcare, technology, insurance, retail, law firms, among other industries rely on Privaini. Insurance companies have partnered with Privaini for underwriting, claims management, and privacy risk management for their clients. Privaini's pricing splits into standalone options and Enterprise Edition add-ons. You can buy the Explorer Package to monitor one domain, or a one-time Privacy Risk Assessment covering up to 10 markets. The Platform Enterprise Edition is the base subscription. Once you hold it, you scale coverage with separate add-ons: Ecosystem Organizations in 25-packs, Company Sites per Region in 500-packs, Regional Regulatory Review per region, and Validation Services per 250 organizations. These add-ons each require the Enterprise Edition. You add quantities to match your organization count, site volume, and regional coverage needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one Ecosystem Organization or one Company Site for billing?
An Ecosystem Organization is a business you assess, such as a sub-processor, third party, or key customer, sold in 25-packs. A Company Site is a site page or digital asset within a region, sold in 500-packs. Both add-ons require the Platform Enterprise Edition and scale by count.
How do the Enterprise Edition and its add-ons combine into my total cost?
The Platform Enterprise Edition is the base subscription. On top of it, you add packs for organizations, site pages, regional regulatory reviews, and validation services. Each add-on bills separately by its own unit and stacks onto the base. Your total reflects the base plus every add-on quantity you select.
How does the one-time Privacy Risk Assessment differ from the ongoing monitoring options?
The Privacy Risk Assessment is a single evaluation covering up to 10 markets or regions, billed once. The Explorer Package and Enterprise Edition are ongoing subscriptions that monitor privacy risk continuously. Assessment suits a point-in-time review; the subscription options suit continuous tracking of changing exposure.
