Our Amazon SageMaker operation and support service consists of the following three components Incident response and stable MLOps operations We monitor the workflow of re-training and automated deployment using SageMaker Pipelines, Projects, and Step Functions, and quickly respond to incidents such as execution errors and accuracy degradation. We support stable operation of the entire pipeline, including data ingestion by Glue and pre-processing by Redshift/Athena, and consistently investigate root causes and propose permanent countermeasures. Continuous improvement and secure operation and maintenance We perform operational management that meets governance requirements, including metadata management and access control using DataZone, audit support using CloudWatch/CloudTrail, and KMS/IAM reviews. We continuously improve quality and efficiency by analyzing the optimal timing of model relearning and proposing CI/CD improvements. Knowledge establishment and self-support We will maintain operation manuals and FAQs including how to use SageMaker Unified Studio, Notebook, and Pipelines, and prevent the use of these tools by third parties. Through training for the development and IT staff, we aim to establish “organizational skills” in using SageMaker and its peripheral services. This accelerates in-house production of operations and democratization of AIutilization. GEAL will not only provide technical support, but also work with you as a partner to design and improve the “operational framework” so that you can continue to utilize AI in your business.
