Tackle underperforming factors at the sight by visualizing IT performance in real-time. Get a better view of multiple environments instantly at ease, enabling swift recognition and response.
View ongoing transactions status in real-time. Most application issues occur due to an increase in ongoing transactions. When transactions increase, immediately check SQL, external calls, and method stacks, and make it faster to recognize issues and find the root cause.
Highlights
Track and collect the historical trends of all transactions to analyze. Track down transaction performance to the method level, not only SQLs and HTTP calls
With Active Stack, significantly cut downtime by skipping profiling and find root cause with method-level analysis stacked every 5 seconds.

You pay only for what you use, billed hourly per unit across eight independent metering options. Each dimension maps to a different monitored resource. Application and Database dimensions bill per vCPU (CPU core). Server and Database Host dimensions bill per host or virtual machine. Kubernetes offers two separate meters: standard Containers and Application Containers, the latter for containers running application monitoring. Log usage bills per 25,000 ingested logs each hour. Browser Sessions bill per session, covering a visit from page entry to exit. You can combine any dimensions to match your environment.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
How does the Kubernetes Application Container meter differ from the standard Container meter, and when am I charged both?
A standard Container meter counts each running container. An Application Container is a container running WhaTap application monitoring. When you apply application monitoring to a container, that container also bills under the Application Container meter. So a monitored container accrues both the Container charge and the Application Container charge simultaneously.
How does the Browser Session meter count a session for billing?
A session covers the period from a user entering a page to leaving it. Each session lasts up to four hours. If there is no interaction with the web page for 15 minutes, the session ends. A visit after that counts as a new session. Sessions bill per hour under this meter.
How does the Log meter's per-25,000 unit relate to how long logs are kept?
The Log meter charges per 25,000 ingested logs each hour. Cost scales with both daily log volume and retention length. A single log unit reflects one day of retention. Keeping logs longer multiplies the charge by the number of retention days. Retention can extend up to 40 days.
