You buy access by user type, and pricing scales with how many users you license in each category. Full Users get access to the CAD and full software, covering dispatch and connected workflows. Mobile Users get access only to the Mobile CAD, meant for field access from devices in vehicles or remote locations. The two dimensions are independent, so you can mix and match counts. You pay per user under a contract term. Match each person to the type that fits their role to set your total.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What is the difference between a Full User and a Mobile User for billing?
A Full User is licensed for the CAD and full software, covering dispatch, reporting, and connected workflows from a communications center. A Mobile User is licensed only for the Mobile CAD, used by field personnel accessing the system from tablets, laptops, or MDTs in vehicles. Each person counts as one licensed user in their category.
Which user type drives the largest portion of my bill?
The two user types bill independently and both appear on the same invoice. Your total depends on how many people you license in each category. Agencies with many field responders will see Mobile User counts weigh heavily, while dispatch-focused centers lean on Full User counts. Match each role to its type to estimate cost.
Can I add users during my contract as my agency grows?
The platform is cloud-native and built to scale from single departments to statewide operations. You license users per category, so you can add Full Users or Mobile Users as staffing changes. For specifics on mid-term additions and how added users are billed under your contract, contact the vendor.
