Dimensions summary
You buy this platform through a contract based on two user types, priced per user. Full Users get access to the CAD and full software for dispatch, reporting, and records work. Mobile Users get access only to the Mobile CAD, meant for field personnel. You pay separately for each user type. Your total cost scales with how many of each user type you license. This lets you match spending to how each person uses the system, assigning full access where needed and mobile-only access to the rest.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A Full User gets access to the CAD and full software, covering dispatch, reporting, and records work. A Mobile User gets access only to the Mobile CAD, meant for field personnel connecting from tablets, laptops, or mobile data terminals. Each user account counts as one licensed user of its type.
You pay per user for each type, and both charges add together on the same invoice. Neither multiplies against the other. The type with more licensed accounts usually drives the larger share. Agencies with many field responders may license more Mobile Users, while dispatch and records staff need Full Users.
Your cost scales with the number of licensed users of each type. Adding field responders raises the Mobile Users count. Adding dispatch or records staff raises the Full Users count. You license each user type separately, so you can adjust each count to match how your agency grows.
