You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.

Email tickets may be submitted 24 hours a day and phone support will typically be available Monday through Friday from 8AM PST to 6PM PST. Emergency support can be requested by the Client's representative signing this Agreement.
