This listing offers one pricing option: a yearly license for a dedicated Ask Sage enclave hosted on your own tenant. You buy it as a set number of units on a contract basis for a 12-month term. The license fee covers the dedicated enclave only. It does not include token costs for using AI models, and it does not include the hosting costs for running the enclave on your tenant. You would arrange and pay for those separately. Pricing scales with the quantity of units you commit to under the annual contract.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What is a dedicated enclave, and what does one unit of this license cover?
A dedicated enclave is a private instance of the Ask Sage platform running on your own cloud tenant. One unit covers the yearly license fee for that dedicated enclave. It does not include the AI model token costs or the infrastructure hosting costs to run it.
What costs are not included, and how do I pay for token usage?
The license fee excludes two things you pay separately: token costs for running AI models, and hosting costs for the enclave on your tenant. Tokens are consumed when your team uses AI models, and one token pool works across the supported models. You arrange hosting through your own cloud account.
How does the cost change if I need to expand usage during the year?
Pricing scales with the number of units you commit to under the annual contract. The license fee itself is fixed for the 12-month term. Increased AI model use raises token costs, and running larger infrastructure raises hosting costs, since both are billed separately from this license.
