This job postings dataset provides historical and ongoing updates of job postings for Switzerland (CH). As of 2023, Switzerland's population stands at 8.7M with a GDP per capita of 92.0K USD.
The dataset provides access to approximately 1.7K job posts daily. Approximately 2.1M job postings are available in this dataset in total - currently, adding 49.6K month over month.
Our dataset starts January 1st 2020 and is continuously extended. New data, aggregated from multiple sources, is added daily with a two-day delay to accommodate job listings relayed through API pipelines. For instance, job listings from January 1st are made available during the course of January 3rd.
We save each day's data in a JSONL file format. For easier storage and faster downloads, these files are compressed (gzipped). Each file is named accordingly (e.g., techmap_jobs_ch_2022-07-10.jsonl.gz). Every single file contains the job ads for its corresponding day, with each job ad represented as a distinct JSON line.
To provide a broader perspective on the volume and trends of job postings, monthly estimates of job counts are readily accessible. Please visit our Data Explorer at https://jobdatafeeds.com/data/countries/ch for a detailed overview of these figures.
