SkillPrism is an AI led end-to-end skill management system that provides ready-to-use, scalable, and configurable skill framework curated specifically for professional services industry, automates skill discovery, empowers employees with a thriving skill social network, and guides employees for continuous learning
SkillPrism is Prismforces end-to-end skill management system that uses advanced AI/ML, generative AI using in-house LLMs, and advanced data analytics to drive various use cases:
Ready-to use-scalable skill framework - SkillPrism utilizes Knowledge Graph (KG) built through millions of JD and profile data points to have built-in intelligence such as skill adjacencies, role-skill mapping, role adjacencies, skill ontology, etc. For each skill, 15+ attributes such as skill definition, skill proficiency definitions etc. can be enabled. Prismforce skill framework also allows users to define skill clusters i.e. group of skills that are in demand together and can be priced together.
SkillPrism proprietary auto-profiling algorithm leverages NLP algorithms to automatically create skill profiles of employees based on their existing data footprint (e.g. learning data, projects data, resume, etc.) without any intervention from the employees. As employees complete projects or trainings etc. platform automatically recommends the skills / proficiencies that the employees may want to add to their profiles to keep the profiles updated and accurate. SkillPrism can also, with user permission, infer skill information from users Github, Stack overflow, and LinkedIn profiles.
SkillPrism also provides Market Intelligence in terms of skills that are becoming popular in the market by continuously scanning job boards of various companies e.g. Fortune 500 companies, tech startups, IT services companies, etc.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract uses one pricing dimension based on the number of users in your organization. You subscribe by user count, with a minimum of 1,000 users. Pricing scales with how many users you enroll, so a larger workforce means a higher total. There are no separate tiers, instance sizes, or add-on charges. You commit to a set user quantity for the contract term, and the platform serves that group across skill discovery, validation, and development.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for billing purposes?
A user is one person in your organization enrolled in the platform. The system builds and maintains a skill profile for each enrolled user, drawing from resumes, project histories, learning records, and certifications. You subscribe by total headcount, with a minimum of 1,000 users required to start.
How does my cost change if my workforce grows during the contract?
Cost scales with the number of users you subscribe. Adding users increases your total, since pricing is tied directly to user count. Your committed quantity is set for the contract term, so growth beyond that would involve adjusting your subscription rather than automatic per-user metering.
Does the per-user price cover all platform capabilities, or are features charged separately?
The single user-based dimension covers the platform's capabilities without separate add-on charges. Enrolled users get skill discovery, validation, and development features, including AI agents that extract skills, verify them through assessments, and recommend learning paths. There are no separate tiers or module fees.
