    intive AI-Driven Loyalty Workshop - Build-vs-Buy & Wireframing

     Info
    Sold by: intive GmbH
Half-day or full-day loyalty workshop delivering a build-vs-buy decision basis, integration concept, and AI-generated wireframes tailored to your business model.

    Overview

Most loyalty workshops end with feature ideas. This one ends with a decision basis your team can act on.

In half a day or a full day, intive works through your actual business model, customer data, channels, constraints, and commercial ambition - then shapes a modern AI-driven loyalty programme around what will move the numbers. No generic inspiration session. No AI theatre. Just pains, gains, KPIs, solution options, integration logic, and first concepts you can take forward.

    Proven Loyalty Expertise

intive has designed and delivered loyalty and customer engagement solutions for brands including DEICHMANN PLUS, INTERSPORT, toom Baumarkt, dodenhof, and ROSSMANN. Our work spans mobile-first loyalty apps, digital customer cards, couponing, gamification, status levels, omnichannel POS integration, personalisation, campaign activation, and measurable adoption uplift. We are partnered with leading loyalty SaaS vendors including Voucherify, Open Loyalty, and Talon. One - so the recommendation reflects what is right for the business, not what is easiest to sell.

    The Agenda

09:00 - Scene-setting: AI-driven loyalty as a growth engine, not a coupon machine. Core concepts - hyper-personalisation, predictive retention, automated campaign management, mobile-first engagement, and AI-agent visibility - aligned to what the day must produce.

09:30 - Business understanding: Structured conversation covering customer segments, purchase frequency, basket size, retention levers, channels, data maturity, campaign operations, current loyalty mechanics, and commercial constraints.

10:30 - Pains and gains: Working session identifying target KPIs - retention, repeat purchase, share of wallet, CLV, campaign conversion, churn risk, app engagement, store traffic - and defining how success will be measured.

Half-day variant ends here with a prioritised pain/gain map, KPI view, and first solution direction.

11:30 - Build vs buy decision matrix: A structured decision framework for bespoke build, SaaS platform, or hybrid integration. Criteria include differentiation, speed, cost, data ownership, campaign flexibility, AI capability, integration complexity, vendor lock-in, scalability, governance, and operational ownership.

13:00 - Lunch, hosted by intive.

13:45 - Solutioning and integration concept: The group shapes the target loyalty concept - data flows, customer identity, POS/eCommerce/app/CRM/CDP integration, campaign triggers, personalisation logic, reward mechanics, reporting, and operating model. Output: a practical integration concept.

15:15 - AI wireframing and readout: AI-supported wireframing and conceptualisation to visualise how the loyalty experience and system architecture could work. Readout covers pains and gains, KPI logic, build-vs-buy basis, solution direction, and next-step plan.

    What You Leave With

    • A pains and gains document - business goals, friction points, opportunities, target KPIs, and measurement logic
    • A structured build-vs-buy decision basis - SaaS, bespoke, or hybrid route assessed against your business, data, integration, cost, speed, and differentiation criteria
    • A solutioning plan - target loyalty experience, integration concept, data and AI logic, operating model, and phased delivery approach
    • AI-generated wireframes and concepts - first visual direction for a modern, engaging AI-driven loyalty programme

    Data Confidentiality and Security

All client data shared during the workshop is handled under a standard NDA executed before the engagement begins. Workshop artifacts are stored in secure collaboration environments and shared only with authorised participants. intive operates under GDPR-compliant data handling practices across all European delivery locations.

    AWS Integration

intive is an AWS Advanced Partner. Workshop solutioning leverages AWS services including Amazon Personalize for recommendation engines, Amazon Bedrock for generative AI capabilities, and Amazon SageMaker for predictive models - ensuring your loyalty architecture is cloud-native and scalable.

    Natural Follow-on

AI Loyalty Sprint - a focused engagement to validate the selected route, prototype the priority experience, prepare the integration architecture, and shape the delivery backlog. The workshop output feeds directly into Day 0 scoping.

    • AI wireframing session produces first visual concepts for your loyalty experience — not a slide deck, a direction your team can act on
    • intive has designed and delivered loyalty programmes for DEICHMANN, INTERSPORT, toom Baumarkt, dodenhof, and ROSSMANN — the recommendation is the right one, not the fashionable one
