Engagement Process
To begin a migration engagement, contact us to schedule a free Migration Assessment consultation. During this initial session, we will review your current environment, discuss business objectives, and determine the appropriate migration strategy and funding eligibility (MAP, OLA, OGVA, or VMA).
Buyer Responsibilities
Successful engagements require the buyer to assign a named project sponsor and technical lead, provide access to existing infrastructure documentation or participate in discovery workshops, and sign off at phase gates before proceeding to the next stage. Telefonica Tech delivers named artifacts at each milestone including Migration Readiness Reports, Architecture Design Documents, and Migration Completion Reports.
