This listing uses a single pricing dimension: the Replica User. You pay per named user under a contract. Each named user is one individual person who can access the platform. Pricing scales directly with how many named users you license. Add more named users to expand access; the cost grows in step with that count. Individual user licenses cannot be shared but can be reassigned to a replacement when someone leaves. There are no separate tiers or add-on dimensions here — your total is driven by the number of named users you commit to.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What exactly counts as one named user for billing?
A named user is one individual person authorized to access the platform. Each user license ties to a single individual and cannot be shared or used by more than one person. You license one seat per person who needs access.
If someone leaves, can I move their license to a new employee?
Yes. Individual user licenses cannot be shared across people at the same time. But you can reassign a license to a new user who replaces a former user who was terminated or no longer uses the service. This avoids buying an extra license for a straight replacement.
What happens to my cost if I add more people than I licensed?
Cost scales with the number of named users you license. If a compliance check finds you using more users than purchased, you must buy the additional licenses, and an out-of-compliance fee may apply. Add licenses ahead of time to match your actual user count.
