Built for two use cases, one governed platform
Some teams use Panintelligence as a standalone portal their own people log into. Others embed it inside their product for their customers. Both run on the same governed foundation: same data definitions, same permissions, same security model.
Operational Intelligence: a direct-access analytics portal for finance, operations, compliance and leadership. Denmaur cut finance report preparation from 40 hours a month to under 4 (a 90% reduction) and grew active users from 5 to 40+ after rollout. BermudAir's operational teams now work from a single governed view, with zero manual reporting cycles remaining.

Fully managed on AWS
PiSaaS is our managed hosting option, built and run on AWS. We provision, patch, upgrade and scale the platform on your behalf, on a published cadence of 11 releases a year, so your team never carries the operational overhead of running an analytics platform. Your instance runs on named AWS infrastructure: Amazon ECS with Fargate, Amazon RDS Aurora MySQL, Amazon EFS, an Application Load Balancer inside its own VPC, Amazon S3, Route 53 with Certificate Manager, IAM with Secrets Manager, and CloudWatch for monitoring and autoscaling, in the AWS region of your choice (eu-west-1 or us-east-1, others by agreement). PiSaaS carries the same base licence price as self-hosting: the choice is about who runs the infrastructure, not what you pay.
What's included
PiDashboard: interactive, governed dashboards. Standalone portal or embedded via iframe, with white-label theming and full multi-tenant isolation included on every plan.
PiReport (optional): scheduled and event-triggered reporting, distributed by email or webhook, built on the same governed data model as your dashboards.
PiPredict (optional): predictive analytics and AI-generated insight, including forecasting, driver analysis and natural language query, using your own LLM (BYOLLM) so data never leaves your environment.
Why not build it yourself, or retrofit an enterprise BI tool
Building embedded analytics in-house typically takes 6-18 months before a first release, then ongoing maintenance indefinitely. Panintelligence customers are live in 4-8 weeks. Retrofitting a large BI platform for embedding usually means multi-tenancy and white-labelling sit behind a higher tier or a separate integration project; here, native multi-tenant isolation and white-label theming are included on every plan, standalone or embedded. Connects where your data already lives
Panintelligence queries your data in place. It does not extract or duplicate it into a separate warehouse. Connects directly to warehouses and databases including Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, PostgreSQL, SQL Server and Amazon RDS.
Governance and support
Row-level security, role-based access control, SSO/MFA and federated identity, and a full audit trail, regardless of deployment. Every subscription includes a 14-day proof of concept on your own data (first dashboard live on day one), a named Customer Success Manager from day one of contract, and a 90-day structured onboarding programme, at no extra cost.
Pricing for AWS Marketplace purchases is agreed through a Private Offer once deployment model, modules and scale are confirmed, and bills through your existing AWS account.

AWS Subscriptions have no end date and may be canceled any time. However, the cancellation won't affect the status of the external license.

What do you like best about the product?

Not much interactive visuals and customizable and pricing.

What do you like best about the product?
Panintelligence stands out for its user-friendly, SQL-based business intelligence platform, which provides flexible data visualization and integrates easily with existing products. It also offers robust security features and takes a strong partnership approach, delivering excellent training and support. These qualities help businesses quickly gain insights and make data-driven decisions efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not satisfied with Panintelligence's restricted options for customizing chart styles and the user interface. The platform can also feel overwhelming at times because of the sheer number of features available. Additionally, it lacks advanced capabilities such as natural language processing or the level of developer control that some competitors offer.

Panintelligence addresses the challenges of data silos and complex analysis by providing an embedded, self-service Business Intelligence (BI) platform. With real-time dashboards, predictive analytics, and intuitive interfaces, it enables users to make faster and easier data-driven decisions. What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the excellent customer service from Panintelligence; it's great to speak with real people who support you on your data journey. Feeling like I have a partnership with the product owners is excellent as it helps me get the most out of my investment in the product. The initial setup was straightforward once the connection to the warehouse was up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
Panintelligence is weaker than its competition at finessing the user experience and user interface. You have little control over the style and visuals of the charting elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Panintelligence to organize business data and share it with stakeholders, helping us understand where we succeed and where improvements are needed to better serve customers.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives us the flexibility to build reports and insights exactly how we need them, and it’s clear there’s a lot of room for it to grow with our business. The automatic email schedules are fantastic to get data reports you need direct to your inbox, once they are set up they just keep arriving as per schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially it is quite hard to find your way around how the software works, lots of functionality to get used to. Also behind the scenes to build in or add extra functions that you may need, it is SQL language. Although we originally purchased the software through a third party IT company who were not very good at all. If we had gone direct with Panintelligence in the first instance I think we would have understand the software a lot quicker as the Pan team are really knowledgeable and friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us see data easier and more accurate. This saves time and enables us to keep a check on KPI's easier and spend more time making business decisions, rather than spending time on repetitive admin tasks building data every week or every month. once charts or reports are built they can be scheduled to email however often you want to see them.
