What do you like best about the product?

The integration of DataDome was done quickly, with very professional support from the technical teams. From the POC phase, we were able to measure the system's effectiveness in detecting and blocking suspicious behavior without impacting the user experience. The solution integrates seamlessly into our stack and the interface allows for detailed traffic analysis, which is very useful for our technical teams. The dashboard is intuitive and the reports are clear: you can immediately see the impact of the solution in terms of threat detection and blocking. Another strong point is the ability to easily manage exception rules, such as IP whitelisting for certain technical partners or third-party services, which is essential in our context.

What do you dislike about the product?

It has happened to us that the solution triggers captchas for legitimate users, especially during traffic spikes or behaviors mistakenly considered suspicious. However, the DataDome teams have always been responsive in analyzing these cases and adjusting the rules accordingly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before implementing DataDome, our e-commerce site was regularly targeted by crawlers and automated bots, with few effective means to detect or reliably block them. The manual analysis of abnormal traffic also represented a significant burden for our development team, diverting resources from higher value-added tasks.

Since the deployment of DataDome, we have significantly strengthened our security level against automated attacks: malicious bots, credential stuffing attempts, intensive scraping of our product catalog, etc. The solution allows us to identify and block these behaviors in real-time, in a fully automated manner, while maintaining a smooth experience for our legitimate users.

We now have clear and centralized visibility over our traffic, which allows us to make more informed decisions on the product and tech side. The product catalog, a strategic element of our business, is now better protected against competition.

What do you like best about the product?

We recently integrated DataDome as our primary bot protection solution for our web and mobile platforms, and the results have been impressive. DataDome stands out for its real-time detection and blocking of malicious bots, leveraging advanced techniques like device fingerprinting, behavioral analysis, and machine learning. This has allowed us to significantly reduce fraudulent activities, scraping attempts, and account takeover risks without disrupting the experience for legitimate users.

The support from the DataDome team has been invaluable, especially in facing fast-pacing attacks, setting up new security scenarios, and analyzing threat data to stay ahead of emerging risks.

Key benefits include high accuracy, flexible customization, and strong scalability. Integration was smooth with our infrastructure, and we’ve even seen performance gains thanks to reduced server load. Highly recommended for robust, hassle-free bot protection.

Nothing major so far. The initial configuration requires careful tuning to avoid blocking edge-case legitimate traffic, but the support team was responsive and helped us fine-tune the rules quickly

What do you like best about the product?

Datadome provides a solid Bot Mitigation platform that allows you to easily analyze traffic and make informed decisions about traffic thats hitting your environment. The multitude of different models provides detailed information about threats as they are detected.

What do you dislike about the product?

The F5 Integration was a bit rough initially to get working. I ended up working with our customer support team to get the integration finalized, but I felt that the knowledge on their team was not as good as it could have been. We've also some some issues with our support team changing and us not being alerted.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Provide affordable and update to date bot mitigation for our external facing applications.
