The HousingAssistIQ™ platform prioritizes transparency by providing full audit trails, supporting fund allocation visibility to monitor fraud, and providing easy integration to mortgage services through the Common Data File to ensure outstanding mortgage payments and disbursements are accurately confirmed and processed.
