Overview
Uturn is offering a fully funded VMware Migration Assessment and Readiness Workshop to help jumpstart plans to migrate VMware environments to cloud native services on AWS. Deliverables include an initial design of the post-migration architecture, mapping of VMware services to their AWS equivalent, a 3-year financial analysis with ROI, and a strategic plan with timeline to migrate your VMware workloads to AWS. Uturn will determine if you qualify for additional AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP) funding as part of the financial analysis.
Uturn's OLA for VMware includes:
• Assessment of the client's existing VMware environment including licensing, infrastructure, virtual machines (VMs), networking, storage, and dependencies.
• Collect and analyze operational logs from the client's existing VMware environment. This data can provide valuable insights into workload patterns, resource utilization, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks.
• Analyze the client's workloads, applications, and data to determine migration feasibility and identify any potential challenges or compatibility issues.
• Analyze the client’s current licensing agreements and map those to AWS alternatives with projected high-level estimate costs on AWS.
• Gather requirements and understand the client's business goals, compliance needs, and performance expectations.
• Determine if environment qualifies for AWS Migration Acceleration Funding (MAP).
