Overview
AWS DevOps as a Service transforms your AWS software delivery process into a cohesive, automated ecosystem—empowering your teams to innovate without the burden of managing complex pipelines or infrastructure. We design, implement, and operate CI/CD and platform automation using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CodeCommit, CodeArtifact, Amazon ECR, AWS CloudFormation/CDK, and deploy to Amazon EKS, Amazon ECS/Fargate, AWS Lambda, and Amazon EC2.
Many organizations face challenges like manual, error-prone releases, long feedback loops, inconsistent environments across dev/staging/prod, limited deployment visibility, and a lack of automated testing or rollback capabilities—hindering speed and reliability. CPS acts as your trusted guide, drawing on our AWS Partnership, certified DevOps engineers, and proven automation strategies to streamline your operations.
Our 4-step engagement ensures a seamless transition:
- Discovery and Landscape Review: We assess your application architecture, release cadence, team workflows, and pain points, auditing existing tooling and environments to identify improvement areas.
- DevOps Roadmap Design: A prioritized backlog of automation goals, pipeline enhancements, and toolchain selections (e.g., GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline) is crafted, with a phased implementation plan tailored to your needs.
- Implementation and Embedding: Our engineers collaborate with your team to set up, refactor, and automate CI/CD, infrastructure as code (IaC), and monitoring, integrating best practices into your AWS environment.
- Ongoing Operations and Evolution (Optional): Transition to continuous support with Managed Cloud Platform Services, optimizing pipelines and infrastructure based on release metrics for sustained improvement.
Key capabilities include:
- CI/CD Pipeline Implementation: Custom workflows for build, test, and deploy, supporting microservices or monoliths with AWS-native tools.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Automated environment management using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Monitoring and Observability: Real-time insights with AWS CloudWatch and custom alerting.
- Release Engineering: GitOps workflows and zero-downtime deployment strategies. DevSecOps Integration: Automated security scans and compliance-ready pipelines.
Pricing is either a flat monthly engagement with defined scope and velocity targets, or one time fixed engagement, with optional add-ons for continuous monitoring or project-based packages. Benefits include faster time-to-market, safer deployments with reduced errors, consistent environments, enhanced developer confidence, and audit-ready traceability—preventing issues like build failures or deployment delays.
With CPS, AWS DevOps becomes a strategic enabler, not a bottleneck, allowing your team to focus on building innovative solutions while we handle the operational complexity.
