    Vendor refund policy

    LandersTech offers refunds only for chatbot messages where no response was delivered. We retain interaction logs for 10 days, and refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the failed message to allow for proper investigation. If the log review confirms that no response was generated or sent by the chatbot, a full refund for the affected message(s) will be issued.
