AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy this platform on a contract based on the number of user licences you need. Three options set the licence count included: one covers 10 licences and is billed per user per month, one includes 30 licences, and one includes 50 licences. All three follow the same per-user model. You scale by choosing the option that matches your team size. The licence count is the only variable that changes across the options.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one licence for billing?
A licence maps to one end user with access to the platform. You enable individual users under your account. Each active user consumes one licence. Users created but not enabled do not consume a licence. You can enable up to the number of licences your chosen option includes.
What happens if my team grows past the licences included in my option?
You can add users only up to the licence count your option includes. To support more users, you move to an option with a higher included licence count. If you reduce below the number of users you created, you can only enable users up to the purchased count.
What does the per-user charge cover, and does actual platform usage change it?
The charge is set per user based on your licence count, not on how much each user runs. Billing does not depend on actual usage of the platform. You pay for the licences contracted, regardless of activity levels across your team.
