While many companies try to enforce password rules and security standards in each business application through SSO, it is sometimes rather challenging for the company to invest in dedicated technical talent. ASCENDING offers an automated solution to manage your SSO service and customize your SSO app. This automated, yet secure process, enables organizations to maintain productivity levels for users while reducing the burden on IT staff.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This service uses tiered subscription plans based on user count. The Free tier gives you a self-starter kit at no cost. The Pro tier covers under 10 users. The Business tier covers under 100 users. Each tier steps up as your user base grows. When you exceed your plan's user count, the Additional users' cost dimension bills per user-hour for the extra users. This add-on lets you scale beyond your chosen tier without switching plans upfront.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for billing across the Free, Pro, and Business tiers?
A user is one individual account that signs in through the single sign-on service. The Free tier covers a small self-starter group. The Pro tier covers under 10 users. The Business tier covers under 100 users. Each active account counts toward your tier's limit.
What happens when I go beyond my plan's user count?
The Additional users' cost dimension bills per user-hour for each user beyond your plan's limit. This add-on applies only to the extra users, not your whole plan. It lets you scale past your tier without switching plans first.
How do the Pro and Business tiers differ in what the service manages?
The Pro tier syncs directory data with the sign-on app and includes permission set customization plus security monitoring. The Business tier adds business app integration, multifactor authentication, identity management, on-demand support, and security auditing. Both are user-count based, and Business covers a larger user range.
