Trek10 Professional Services engagement to accelerate the design and implementation of your GenAI initiatives that follow AWS best practices. Trek10 works with you every step of the way to ensure you have full understanding and control over the behavior of the system and to create a model agnostic, GenAI natural language system. For this solution, Trek10 will use its deep GenAI expertise and the knowledge of the complete AWS AI/ML stack to utilize tools like LangChain and AWS Bedrock and work hand in hand with the client to create a solution bespoke to their use case. This can include creating a natural language system with context of a client’s proprietary data, while ensuring that data remains secure.

Here's What to Expect:  
- Submit the AWS Marketplace Order Form by clicking "Continue" above.
- A Trek10 Cloud Engineer will reach out to you within 2 business days to schedule an onboarding call with your AWS Administrator to configure account access.
- Following onboarding, Trek10 engineers will begin our discovery process (Phase 1) that will include interviews with your technical team, reviewing documentation you have provided, and reviewing findings from our scan of your environment. Anticipated timeline for these activities is 8-10 weeks.
- After discovery, Trek10 engineers will assemble our findings into a report and presentation and walk you through the results in a live virtual session (Phase 2).
