ProudNet is a server & network engine for multiplayer games.
ProudNet can cope with various situations based on many experiences and is equipped with an interface for user-friendliness.
Therefore, it is middleware that helps you to make a server easily without many experiences in on-line/mobile game development.
As this is the result of the know-how of on-line game development accumulated from 1997, it can be effectively applied to the following areas.
ON-LINE/MOBILE GAMES FOR SMOOTH SERVICE IN MANY COUNTRIES
ON-LINE/MOBILE GAME SENSITIVE TO LATENCY OR TRAFFIC
DEVELOPERS WHO ARE NOT ABLE TO HIRE EXPERIENCED SERVER DEVELOPERS
GAME PROJECTS THAT HAVE TO BE RELEASED IN A SHORT PERIOD

You pay by the hour for the EC2 instance type you run this game server engine on. There are no tiers or feature levels here. Instead, each dimension maps to a specific AWS instance size across the c5, c6, m5, m6, and related families. Pricing scales with the compute capacity you choose. Smaller instances like t2.micro and large sizes cost less per hour than 2xlarge and 4xlarge sizes. Your total cost depends on which instance you select and how many hours it runs. Compute-optimized (c) and general-purpose (m) families let you match workload needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What resources do I get when I select an instance dimension like c5.xlarge or m6i.2xlarge?
Each dimension maps to one AWS EC2 instance of that exact type and size, running this game server engine. The c-family instances are compute-optimized, and the m-family are general-purpose. Larger sizes such as 2xlarge and 4xlarge provide more vCPU and memory than large or xlarge sizes.
Am I charged when the EC2 instance is stopped or powered off?
You pay the hourly software charge only while the instance runs. A stopped or powered-off instance does not accrue software charges. Stopped instances may still incur separate AWS storage fees for attached volumes, but the software meter counts running hours only.
What drives my total cost with this hourly usage pricing?
Two things drive cost: which instance dimension you pick and how many hours it runs. There are no user, seat, or connection charges in the pricing table. Your bill equals the hourly rate for your chosen instance multiplied by the hours it stays running.

An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.
