The software or cloud offerings from Seqrite are licensed, not sold, to you. They are considered delivered and accepted on the available date for activation or use. By activating or using these services, you agree to the terms of the agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the software or cloud offerings. The license fee paid is non-refundable under any circumstances. Seqrite may deny access if the agreement terms are violated. Please refer to our EULA for detailed clauses.
