Isora GRC is the GRC Assessment Platform™ that gives security teams one connected workspace for assessments, vendor and asset inventories, risks, policy exceptions and reporting. In Isora, teams can trace control gaps from assessment findings through remediation or approved exceptions, reducing manual coordination and maintaining the evidence needed to demonstrate compliance.
Assessment Management: Organize and distribute security risk assessments across departments, applications and third-party vendors. Group assessments into series by framework or compliance goal, and track completion and deadlines from one dashboard. Send automated reminders to follow up on outstanding assessments and reduce the time spent chasing updates.
Questionnaires & Surveys: Use prebuilt questionnaires for NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, CIS Controls, HIPAA, GLBA and HECVAT, or build custom questionnaires. Apply conditional logic, weighted scoring and approval workflows to match your assessment requirements. Collect answers from multiple contributors in one questionnaire and keep supporting evidence attached to the relevant responses.
Inventory Management: Maintain vendor, asset, application and organizational unit records in one place, including ownership, data classification and custom metadata. Link assessment histories, risks and exceptions to define scope, identify systems handling sensitive data and prioritize remediation. Track which vendor products each department uses, and update records in bulk with API or CSV imports.
Risk Management: Review assessment findings and decide whether to add them to the risk register, request an exception or close them. Prioritize risks with a 5x5 likelihood-by-impact matrix, assign owners and track remediation plans and milestones through closure. Keep findings, control references and remediation updates with the risk record so reviewers can follow how the risk was addressed.
Exception Management: Record policy exceptions with their justification, compensating controls and the vendors, assets or applications they affect. Assign responsibility, route exceptions for approval and set expiration dates with automated review reminders. Keep a record of approvals and renewals so auditors can see who accepted the exception and under what conditions.
Reports & Scorecards: Generate reports and scorecards from live assessment data without manually compiling results. Compare scores across departments and vendors, view risk levels and open individual responses to review evidence and comments. Export results to PDF or CSV to share findings with leadership and auditors.

Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as an assessment, risk record, or inventory record under this plan?
An assessment is one structured questionnaire you run against a department, system, or vendor. An inventory record is one vendor, asset, application, unit, person, or location. A risk record is one tracked risk generated from findings. All of these are unlimited, so counts do not affect your cost.
What is the difference between the production instance and the development instance included?
The contract includes one production instance for live work and one development instance for testing or staging. Both are part of the single plan at no extra charge. If you need more environments beyond these two, those are handled separately from this contract.
Does my cost change if I add more users or run more assessment campaigns?
No. This plan has no per-user charges and no usage tiers. You can add users, superadmins, assessments, risk records, exception records, and inventory records without triggering any cost change. The contract fee stays the same regardless of how much you use the platform.
