• AWS Landing Zone setup through Contro Tower for a centralized, well-structured, secure and compliant multi-account environment which is centrally managed
• Rapid migration of workloads to AWS using automation and best practices
• Grdaual workloads deployment through Proof-of-Concept (POC) to test critical components before full-scale migration
• Minimal downtime and disruption to business operations
• Post-migration optimization for performance, security, and cost savings
• Well-Architected Framework Review (WAFR) to ensure final alignment will all the AWS best practices
