AWS accelerator package for your workload

The Accelerator Package is designed to assist customers in understanding the value of the cloud for their specific use case and guide them in building a suitable architecture on AWS. The service begins with a one-day workshop conducted by a cloud architect, who will identify the customer's use cases and propose an architecture with for example compute or serverless AWS services that addresses your needs.

The Professional Services team will then deliver a comprehensive set of documents, including a high-level solution architecture document, a work plan, and a statement of work with effort estimations. Additionally, an estimated AWS consumption for the suggested architecture will be provided, allowing the customer to understand the cost implications of running on AWS. Architectures base on compute services like normal AWS EC2, AWS S3, AWS EFS or cloud native services like AWS Lambda, AWS EKS, AWS Fargate, AWS ECS will be designed regarding to your use case requirements. Agile, high available and reliable Infrastructures with regards in security, compliance and governance will be tailored to your needs.

To ensure a smooth transition, DevOps Professional Services will be available for reporting and handover. This includes answering an initial discovery questionnaire and participating in a prep call. The customer is expected to pay €2,000 for the engagement, with AWS consumption costs ranging from €6,500 to €10,000 per month over a 24-month period.

The Accelerator Package is suitable for customers considering a move to the cloud or those looking to deploy a new workload. Eligibility criteria include a minimum of 1-2 mandays of a Cloud Architect and 8-9 mandays of DevOps Professional Services. The target audience for this service is companies with revenue over $50M and more than 50 employees.
