For Police Departments and Body Worn Camera (BWC) manufacturers: CLIPr will cut in half the time required for a police officer to generate their police report by automatically generating the first draft.
(1) Dock/Park Your Device - Simply dock your BodyCam or DashCam device as usual, and CLIPr automatically receives the camera footage for processing. Police departments can specify which types of videos to auto-process so only the footage you need is used
(2) Receive Email - You will receive an email notification when your video is ready for review, ensuring timely access to the generated report.
(3) Review Draft - Review, edit and improve the generated police report draft. Check the detailed police report recap and the BodyCam notes, and if there are repeated errors, use the CLIPr dictionary to correct them for future reports.
(4) Copy & Save - Copy and paste the finalized report into your records management system (RMS) to complete the documentation process.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
You pay based on usage, tied to a single dimension. You are billed per API call that ingests body camera or dash camera footage from an external source. Each call lets the product receive and process one video for report generation. Your cost scales with how many videos you send for processing. There are no separate tiers, instance sizes, or add-on charges. The more footage you submit, the more calls you use and the more you pay.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one API call for billing?
One API call is a single request that sends one body camera or dash camera video into the product from an external source. The product then receives and processes that video for report generation. Each video you submit uses one call, so your count tracks the number of videos processed.
What happens if I send more or fewer videos than I expected?
Your bill tracks actual usage, so cost rises or falls with the number of API calls you make. There is no fixed commitment in this dimension. The vendor also notes that unused minutes can roll over to the following year, and you can adjust once an under-estimate becomes clear.
Does the fee change based on how much footage my department records?
This dimension bills per API call to ingest footage, so more videos mean more calls and higher cost. The vendor notes that lower-incident districts record less footage than higher-crime districts, which affects total usage. Your cost follows the volume of footage you actually submit for processing.
