RosettaCloud is a multi-cloud self-service platform that lets research, engineering, and data science teams launch compute, share environments, and deploy across AWS, Azure, and GCP with one click.
RosettaCloud - The Multi-Cloud Self-Service Platform for AI Builders, Researchers, Engineers, and Data Teams
RosettaCloud by RosettaHub gives your team a unified platform to build, launch, and share cloud environments across AWS, Azure, GCP, and more - all from a single interface. Write a template once, deploy it on any cloud with one click, and share it with anyone without IAM tickets or cloud expertise.
Build Once, Run on Any Cloud
Capture everything an environment needs - compute, storage, networking, keys, certificates, and images - in one reusable, cloud-agnostic template called a Formation. Formations wrap in CloudFormation and Terraform scripts, so your existing infrastructure-as-code investments carry forward. Clone, customize, snapshot, version, and iterate without rewriting anything when you switch providers.
Launch Anything in One Click
Spin up GPU/CPU instances, Jupyter notebooks, RStudio sessions, VS Code workspaces, virtual desktops, HPC clusters, and big data environments - on AWS or any supported cloud - without touching a console. Pre-built catalogs of curated configurations let your team go from idea to running workload faster. Automate launches via CLI, SDKs, OpenAPI, or the MCP interface.
Share Like a Google Doc
Right-click to share environments, datasets, models, and templates with anyone - across accounts, across clouds - with no IAM work and no tickets. Delegated credentials are auto-revoked on unshare. Non-admins can share too. Build curated portfolios as private marketplaces or publish reusable assets to the public marketplace in one step.
Seamless AWS Migration
Keep using your favorite tools - Jupyter, RStudio, VS Code, Shiny, Redash, jobs, and model deployment frameworks - in a fully managed cloud environment with zero retraining. Move existing on-premises or single-cloud workflows to AWS while maintaining full continuity.
Cross-Cloud Data Integration
Mount storage from one cloud on a machine running on another. Share datasets, images, and snapshots across teams. Break down cloud silos without moving data, ensuring smooth access across your entire data estate.
Launch Controls and Cost Estimation
Every key has a defined limit on how many launches it can authorize. Each key usage triggers a cost estimate so teams know what a workload will cost before it runs. Per-team cost rollups give full spending visibility over time, making it easy to track usage across individuals, projects, and teams without manual tracking.
Built for Every Team
Data Scientists: Spin up GPU machines, notebooks, and training pipelines in seconds. Share datasets and results with your team. Focus on models, not infrastructure.
Engineers: Write infrastructure templates that work on every cloud. Automate with the CLI, SDKs, or the open API. Stop rewriting code for each provider.
Researchers: Launch HPC clusters and big data environments without IT tickets. Reproduce any experiment. Share computational environments across labs.
Educators: Deploy virtual labs for an entire class in minutes. Students work in the browser with no cloud accounts needed. RosettaHub has been serving universities since 2016.
Work From Anywhere
Use the web dashboard, the desktop app, or the command line. Automate with SDKs and the open API. Every interface gives you the same capabilities, whether you are a single researcher or part of a large institutional deployment.
Plans for Individuals, Teams, and Institutions
RosettaCloud includes containers, VMs, virtual labs, HPC, and big data capabilities. A free tier is available on AWS Marketplace. Team and institutional plans add shared environments, collaboration features, per-team cost rollups, and dedicated support.

Highlights
FAMILIAR TOOLS, ANY CLOUD: Launch Jupyter, RStudio, VS Code, Shiny, Redash, HPC clusters, and virtual desktops on AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba, OVH, or OpenStack - all from one interface. Build a cloud-agnostic template once and deploy it anywhere without rewriting a single line. No cloud expertise required. Teams work in the tools they already know with zero retraining, whether through the web dashboard, desktop app, or command line.
ONE-CLICK DEPLOY AND SHARE: Spin up GPU/CPU instances, notebooks, big data environments, or entire labs with one click. Share environments, datasets, models, and templates across accounts and clouds as easily as sharing a Google Doc - no IAM tickets, no admin overhead. Delegated credentials are auto-revoked on unshare. Pre-built Formations capture compute, storage, networking, keys, and certificates in one reusable template. Automate via CLI, SDKs, or OpenAPI.
COST VISIBILITY AND LAUNCH CONTROLS: Every key carries a limit on how many launches it can authorize. Each key usage generates a cost estimate, giving teams full visibility into what their workloads will cost before they run. Per-team cost rollups provide ongoing spending transparency so teams can track usage without manual accounting.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract charges by RAM allowance, sold in multiples of 8GB. You pick how many 8GB units you need, and your commitment scales with that quantity. Pricing is based on the RAM you reserve for your compute environments, not on a fixed plan or per-user seat. The platform lets you launch environments across multiple cloud providers using one template. As your RAM needs grow, you add more 8GB units. This single, quantity-based dimension keeps billing tied directly to the memory capacity you allocate.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one 8GB RAM unit map to in the platform?
Each unit is an allowance of 8GB of RAM you reserve for compute environments. You buy the number of units matching the memory your machines need. A machine maps to an instance on your connected cloud, and your reserved RAM covers those running environments.
Am I charged for the RAM allowance when my compute environments are stopped?
The contract meters the RAM allowance you reserve, sold in 8GB units. Your committed quantity stays fixed whether environments run or sit idle. Underlying cloud provider fees for stopped instances or storage are separate and billed by the cloud account you own, not through this allowance.
What happens if my memory needs grow beyond my current 8GB units?
You scale by adding more 8GB RAM units to your quantity. Billing stays tied to the total memory you reserve, so more units means more allowance for larger or additional compute environments. There is no per-user seat charge; the RAM allowance is the single billing driver.
