Try this product free for 7 days according to the free trial terms set by the vendor. Usage-based pricing is in effect for usage beyond the free trial terms. Your free trial gets automatically converted to a paid subscription when the trial ends, but may be canceled any time before that.

You pay by the hour for the AWS EC2 instance that runs this preconfigured video platform. The software itself carries no separate license fee; your cost tracks the instance size you choose. Options span many instance families, including burstable t2, t3, and t3a types for lighter workloads, general-purpose m-series, compute-optimized c-series, memory-optimized r-series, and storage-optimized i7i types. Within each family, sizes range from nano and micro up to 2xlarge. Larger sizes add more CPU, memory, or storage, so the hourly rate rises with the capacity you select. You can change instance types as needs shift.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What exactly am I paying for each hour — the software or the server?
You pay the hourly rate for the AWS EC2 instance running the preconfigured appliance. The AVideo software is open source and carries no license fee. Your cost tracks the instance size you select, plus any underlying AWS resources like storage or data transfer.
Am I charged the hourly rate when the instance is stopped?
The hourly software charge meters running time only. A fully stopped instance does not accrue the per-hour rate. However, attached AWS storage, such as an Elastic IP or disk volume, may still incur separate AWS fees while the instance is stopped.
What support is included with my hourly subscription, and does it cost extra?
Your subscription bundles free 1-Click cloud backup and restore, plus chat and email support for default components. You get unlimited free getting-started help and one free level 1 support incident per month. Additional paid support and custom development are available at a discount. Registration with the vendor Hub is required.
