AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract pricing builds from three parts. First, you pick application units for the risk and compliance domains you need, such as Financial Controls, Operational Risk, IT Governance, Policy, Internal Audit, Regulatory Compliance, Model Risk, Third Party Risk, Business Continuity, Data Privacy, and ESG. Each unit covers one production instance and its non-production instances. Second, you choose an instance base plan, then add High Availability or Standard add-ons. Third, you size capacity through data storage units (200 GB each) and concurrent user units per instance. Overage units bill usage beyond your entitlement for storage and concurrent users.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one application unit cover across production and non-production environments?
One application unit covers usage of that solution in one production instance and any number of associated non-production instances. You need at least one application unit to start. Add separate units for each additional domain, such as Operational Risk, IT Governance, or Data Privacy.
How is data storage counted, and what happens if I exceed it?
Each data storage unit provides 200 GB. Add more units as your data grows. If usage passes your entitlement, the Data Storage Gigabyte Overage part bills the excess. This means you are charged for storage beyond what your purchased units cover.
Which parts drive my total cost, and how do they combine?
Cost combines three parts that bill together. Application units for each risk or compliance domain. An instance base plan plus High Availability or Standard add-ons. Capacity through storage and concurrent user units. Application and instance choices usually drive most of the bill; capacity units scale with volume.
