Saucelive is an optimized SaaS solution that goes beyond home shopping by applying technologies to mobile live commerce, such as livestreaming, VOD, commerce engines, chat engines, dedicated livestream admins, and data analysis systems.
Designed using a serverless architecture via AWS Lambda, Saucelive seamlessly processes on average more than 300 million API requests per month without latency-related side effects caused by server or API gateway changes, offering a globally stable broadcasting environment even when millions of viewers are accessing a single livestream, all in a stateless and stable manner.
Through Saucelive, more than 60 clients broadcast in excess of 1,000 livestreams total on average per month.
Dedicated sales account managers (AM) are assigned to each client, and dedicated monitoring personnel are allocated for each livestream to support client growth.
Additionally, customer success managers (CSM) assist clients through various operational support channels, from telephone to KakaoTalk and ChannelTalk.
