Through this offer, Adastra will assess your organization’s current BI platform, either on-prem, a SAS solution, or a cloud implementation. During the assessment, we will work with your team to analyze the existing challenges and gaps and define future goals based on business requirements. After the assessment phase, we will create a detailed migration plan and execute the activities to enable AWS QuickSight for your organization’s user community.

Approach
Adastra will lead a series of discovery sessions and workshops focusing on your organization’s current BI platform and infrastructure state, enterprise source systems, analytics challenges, future state goals, and analytics use cases. Following this discovery, Adastra will work with you to define a migration approach and then create and execute the detailed migration plan.
Activities
- Discovery session to review your organization’s existing BI platform and infrastructure
- Identify current gaps and challenges
- Identify future state goals
- Create an inventory of BI assets (reports, dashboards, alerts, etc.)
- Review source systems
- Review consumption patterns (subscriptions, ad-hoc, mobile, web, PDFs, Excel, etc.)
- Review security and governance requirements
- Review licensing and perform cost analysis
- Review reporting portfolio and prioritize reports required for migration
- Create a high-level and detailed migration plan and align future state goals to plan milestones
- Perform activities according to the migration plan, including environment setup, security configuration and training activities, among others
