    1. To use the software, users must connect to the EC2 instance in the standard manner. For guidance, please refer to the following AWS documentation: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/connect-to-linux-instance.html  https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/connect-linux-inst-ssh.html  The username is 'ubuntu'.

    2. To explore the MD package, navigate to the directory /home/ubuntu/examples and experiment with any of the examples provided in that folder.

    3. Detailed manuals for using the MD package and performing free energy calculations for molecular ensembles are located in /home/ubuntu/miniconda3/opt/freecurve/doc/.
