This listing is a contract-based product with three tiers set by the number of assessments allowed per user. Tier1 (Units) covers up to 50 assessments per user. Tier2 (Units) covers up to 100 assessments per user. Tier3 (Units) covers up to 250 assessments per user. The tiers scale by assessment volume, so you pick the tier that matches how many hands-on skill validations each user needs. All three follow the same per-user assessment model, differing only in the assessment count included.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One assessment is a single hands-on skill validation completed by a user in a cloud-based live environment. These are lab-based, role-specific tasks rather than multiple-choice tests. Each user's completed validations count toward the per-user assessment cap set by your chosen tier.
Each tier caps assessments per user: 50, 100, or 250. Once a user hits that cap, no further validations run under that tier. You would need a tier that allows more assessments per user. The count applies per user, not pooled across your whole team.
No. All payments are final and non-refundable, and services are non-cancellable once engagement is confirmed. Nuvepro provides no reimbursement for unused or partially used services. You are obligated to fulfill payment regardless of how many assessments each user completes.
