You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.

Resolution Time: 60 mins Outage, Complete Platform unavailable for all users. 4 Hrs Partial services are affected, or few users are not able to access. 2 Days A few functionalities of the platform are not working; a workaround is available. NA Known technology issue needs to rework on the Platform or Solution.
