Highlights
Driving sustainability performance, An IWMS can act as an accelerator for driving the sustainability performance of a firms real estate portfolio and facility management across all building operations.
Full transparency, Not knowing your portfolio, its value, sq ft, occupancy, planned maintenance, lease contracts, service suppliers, SLAs, etc. brings an enormous risk in terms of costs, compliance and business continuity. An IWMS gives you transparency across all relevant aspects by creating a standardised and structured data repository for all your processes.
Greater efficiency, As an IWMS supports your business processes, you can easily analyse the performance of these processes and ultimately improve efficiency and quality of output. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, excessive time spent, exceeding budgets, or any other parameters that impact your business. IWMS allows you to continuously improve and benchmark these processes to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing offers one contract dimension: Standard, sized for up to 100,000 users. Pricing follows a single per-contract commitment rather than tiered plans or usage-based charges. Your cost is tied to user capacity, so the 100,000-user figure sets the ceiling for how many named users the agreement covers. There are no separate instance sizes or add-on dimensions to select on Marketplace. You buy the workplace management solution as one bundled contract, and the platform runs as a cloud service on AWS technology.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user under the 100,000-user Standard contract?
Licensing is based on named users, so each individual account counts toward the total. The platform recognizes different user roles, such as professional, technician, and self-service, each with its own access level. Role-based access is configurable. IoT transaction volume can also factor into licensing separately from named users.
What workplace management functions are included in this single bundled contract?
The contract covers the Integrated Workplace Management Solution as one bundle. This includes Real Estate Management, Space & Workplace Services Management, Asset & Maintenance Management, and Energy & Sustainability Management. It runs as a cloud service on AWS technology, with software updates and infrastructure maintenance handled for you.
What happens if my named-user count approaches the 100,000-user ceiling?
The 100,000-user figure sets the capacity your Standard contract covers. Since this is a single contract dimension with no tiers or usage overage on Marketplace, adding users beyond the covered capacity would require a revised agreement. Contact the vendor to expand coverage before you reach the limit.

Due to the recent hybrid culture trend post-pandemic, our company started using Planon Cloud-based platform to manage the workplaces dynamically. The Dashboard is user-friendly, and I was able to quickly navigate through different features like filtering the date range and getting information in a timely or summarised view. Its workplace sensor technology is attached to our cabinets and desks, enabling it to provide real-time insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, I found the dashboard and configurations/setting page to be a little overwhelming; there were too many features one had to go through and understand why and how behind it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planon aims to change the future of employee engagement and improve sustainability in the workplace; with the intelligent sensor technology, workplace management has become easy; we can get information and insights in real-time, which is an excellent factor for big organisations that are struggling to manage the workforce mainly after the post-pandemic
