AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Pricing follows a single per-user model billed under a contract. You pay for each user of the Workforce Management (WFM) Platform, with a minimum purchase of 100 users. Cost scales directly with the number of users you add above that minimum. There are no separate tiers or instance sizes to choose from. This module tracks worker training, licensing, certifications, and compliance across locations. To size your commitment, count the workers and contractors who need coverage, then set your user quantity at or above the 100-user minimum.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for billing under the WFM Platform?
A user is one individual you track in the Workforce Management system. This includes frontline employees and contract workers whose training, licensing, certifications, and onsite compliance you manage. Each person you register and monitor across your locations counts as one user toward your total.
Why is there a 100-user minimum, and how does cost change as I add workers?
The platform requires you to license at least 100 users to start. Cost scales in single-user increments above that floor. Each added worker or contractor raises your total by one user's price. You cannot buy fewer than 100 users, even if your current headcount is lower.
Do contractors managed through the contractor portal count toward my user total?
Yes. Contract workers whose credentials, training, and documentation you track count as users. The system manages both permanent frontline staff and non-permanent contract workers. Count every worker and contractor needing compliance coverage, then set your user quantity at or above the 100-user minimum.
