To start, schools assess their transition readiness through our proprietary Transition Readiness Score.
After a score of readiness is given, schools begin with Transition Foundations and based on their Transition Readiness Score, are placed into one of the Signature Pathways: Entrepreneurship Mindset, College Pathway or Career Readiness.
Next, Teachers are trained on Transition planning and students engage the software through curriculum and our tools such as our generative AI Transition Creator and generative AI Goal Bank.

Pricing

These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

The gamified College and Career Readiness curriculum and the internship simulator are optional add-on modules. They extend the platform but do not replace the core workspace. Confirm with the vendor whether these add-ons are covered by your Units or require a separate arrangement.
