Transition Planning Management System: To start, schools assess their transition readiness through our proprietary Transition Readiness Score. After a score of readiness is given, schools begin with Transition Foundations and based on their Transition Readiness Score, are placed into one of the Signature Pathways: Entrepreneurship Mindset, College Pathway or Career Readiness. Next, Teachers are trained on Transition planning and students engage the software through curriculum and our tools such as our generative AI Transition Creator and generative AI Goal Bank. Finally, we guarantee compliance through our AI Transition Plan Reviewer.

Pricing
