AWS Subscriptions have no end date and may be canceled any time. However, the cancellation won't affect the status of the external license.

Vendor refund policy
Customers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if Nexora Inventory Pro does not function as described and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team. Refunds are reviewed on a case by case basis. Refunds are not available for customer configuration errors third party software modifications misuse of the product or infrastructure changes. Contact support@nexora-tech.us for assistance.

Launch the Nexora Inventory Pro AMI from AWS Marketplace.

Ensure inbound security group rules allow ports 80 and 22.

Access the application using a web browser: http://EC2_PUBLIC_IP

Sign in using the administrator credentials provided during deployment.
