Using AWS Transform continuous modernization, Cybage connects and organizes repositories from GitHub organizations, GitLab groups or self-hosted instances, Bitbucket workspaces or projects, and local Git repositories. Cybage then configures and runs the appropriate analysis types including rapid technical debt analysis for outdated dependencies, comprehensive code-level technical debt analysis for maintainability and architecture, security analysis for vulnerabilities and CVEs, agentic-readiness assessment, modernization-readiness assessment, and custom analysis using transformation definitions tailored to customer standards. This solution uses AWS Transform, Bedrock, Agentcore, Fargate, EC2, S3, and other related services.

Engagement Scope:

1. Discover and Plan - Define modernization objectives, success measures, governance, repository scope, security requirements, and migration or remediation waves.

2. Establish the Platform - Configure AWS access, source connections, repository discovery and labeling, compute options, and infrastructure required for security analysis. Analysis and remediation can use local compute, Amazon EC2, or AWS Batch with AWS Fargate.

3. Assess and Prioritize - Run selected analyses, review findings by severity and repository, validate results, document dismissals, identify quick wins, and build a risk- and value-based modernization backlog.
