You buy edgeRX as a contract priced by the number of sensors you deploy. The four options form volume bands: 10-100 sensors, 100-250 sensors, and 250-500 sensors. Each band bundles the sensors, gateways, and annual AI software together in one price. As your sensor count grows, you move into the band that matches your deployment size. The 500+ sensors option uses custom enterprise pricing set through the vendor. This structure scales with how many machines you monitor, so larger deployments select higher sensor bands.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each sensor is a wireless device that monitors vibration and temperature on one machine. Your price band bundles the sensors, the gateways that aggregate their data, and the annual AI software into one contract. The gateway acts as the shared connection point for multiple sensors within your deployment.
Pricing follows volume bands: 10-100, 100-250, and 250-500 sensors. If your deployment grows beyond a band, you move into the band matching your new sensor count. Deployments above 500 sensors use custom enterprise pricing arranged with the vendor rather than a fixed band.
Each band includes the annual AI software alongside the sensors and gateways. That software covers the cloud platform, which aggregates data, runs the AI models, and provides the dashboard for alerts, trends, and machine health reporting. You access this through a web-based interface or open APIs.
