Data Governance Framework & Roadmap Design

Approach

Adastra will conduct a series of interactive working sessions with a group of key stakeholders in order to understand data management pain points and use cases that DG must solve for. We will then continue with DG framework and roadmap design sessions, which yield a custom data governance program definition for your needs.

Scope

The DG framework and roadmap may be enterprise-wide, or covering a selected data set, business area, or business process.

Assumptions/Dependencies

• A well-defined business strategy is available
• Data management/data governance-related documentation is available
• Data-related compliance artifacts for subject areas such as information security, privacy, and legal requirements are available
• The project sponsor, core project team, and additional selected stakeholders must be available for interviews and working sessions
• Approximately 9-15 hours will be required of DG design working group representatives for the duration of the project
