Overview
HealthWorks Analytics combines divergent data sources, to provide real time data that promotes operational efficiency and decreases human error. Functioning within the Public Health Sector, we tear down data silos, giving accuracy and power to data. This streamlined efficiency saves time and resources, personalizes treatment and allows for staff to work with more clarity and efficiency. Management and oversight is significantly enhanced, allowing real-time, data driven decision making and empowering healthcare leaders to foster positive outcomes for those they serve. With over 130 diverse data sets, combined in a meaningful manner, the reach optimizes patient care and transforms patient experiences. The improvement in patient outcomes, doesn’t stop with analytics, within our platform. Our Data analytics, works hand in hand with Grant Management and Case Management. Our Grant Management system allows underfunded areas, such as public health and corrections, to have a mechanism that assures necessary compliance with grant requirements, while allowing tracking of expenditures, enhancing communication and tracking outcomes, that enhance operations and help ensure ongoing funding, for these underfunded areas. Grant programs are crucial to reduce recidivism and provide an appropriate level of rehabilitation, throughout the course of an incarceration. To assist at the individual level, HealthWorks Analytics, Grant and Case Management, also includes a Case Management aspect of our program. Healthworks Analytics Case Management ensures appropriate tracking of necessary programs at the individual level, to centralize case related information and increase productivity. This combined with the visual intelligence platforms, allows real-time reporting and improved compliance to improve outcomes at the participant level. Overall, processes are streamlined, data collection is improved, which allows rapid response to changing needs. The 3-pronged approach works in tandem, to monitor, fund and improve patient outcomes in a revolutionary manner that is unparallel to any other system, creating a true strengths-based model.
Healthworks partners closely with Amazon Web Services and leverages many of the tremendous tools they make available in order to enhance and secure our clients experience, as well as to expedite our ETL process.
