Why Solink?
Hardware agnostic: Solink is plug-and-play with your existing cameras, POS and access control systems so you can modernize without a costly rip-and-replace and maintain flexibility as your needs evolve.
Video + data: Solink pairs video with operational and security data (POS, labor, access control, and more) to help your teams and AI Agents quickly validate incidents, reduce false alarms, and surface improvement opportunities.
AI Agents that can think and reason across video and data: Solink AI Agents help monitor high-volume activity, connect signals across time and locations, and assist with investigation and analysis running on the infrastructure and systems you already have.

Vision-enhanced exception based reporting (V-EBR): Turn exceptions (voids, refunds, no-sales, overrides, and other POS anomalies) into prioritized, reviewable cases with the right video context attached. Reduce time spent chasing false positives and focus LP efforts on the highest-risk events.
Vision Analytics: Search, filter, and interpret key moments across stores using AI-driven analytics - so teams can spot patterns, validate incidents faster, and improve performance. Use video-backed insights to support loss prevention, safety, and day-to-day operations.
AI Agents: Digital teammates that help handle high-volume monitoring and analysis across video and operational data. AI Agents assist with triage, investigation, and workflows so teams can move faster and spend more time on higher-value work.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy this platform under a contract, priced by units. The Solink Core Subscription is the base layer. It gives you cloud video software and 12 TB of storage. Two add-on packages build on that base and are priced separately. The Solink AI Package adds vision analytics and scheduled spot checks. The Solink Self-Monitored Alarms package turns your cameras into AI-verified alarm sensors. You select the units you need for each dimension, so cost scales with how many you add across these three options.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one billing unit across the Core Subscription and the two add-on packages?
The listing prices each dimension by units under a contract. Units for the Core Subscription cover the cloud software and 12 TB of storage. AI Package and Self-Monitored Alarms units are counted separately, typically scaling with the cameras or sites you want each capability applied to. Contact the vendor for exact per-unit mapping.
Do I need the AI Package and Alarms package, or can I buy the Core Subscription alone?
The Solink Core Subscription is the base layer, giving cloud video software and 12 TB of storage. The Solink AI Package and Solink Self-Monitored Alarms are separate add-on dimensions. You can buy Core on its own and add either package later. Each package is priced by its own units.
Which dimension drives most of my cost as I add locations or cameras?
All three dimensions bill independently by units and appear together on one contract. The Core Subscription sets your base software and storage cost. Adding the AI Package raises cost for vision analytics and spot checks. Adding Self-Monitored Alarms raises cost for AI-verified alarm sensors. Total cost scales with units chosen for each.

I really like how versatile SOLINK is and its good interface that makes it easy to review cameras frame by frame. It is very practical and simple to work with. Additionally, it easily detects any movement on any camera, which is very useful because I need to be detecting people. The initial setup is practically ready, there's not much to do, which makes it very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the fact that you have to go into each camera to identify the thing could be improved. If you have 25 or 30 cameras in one place, it's going to be a little complicated to check them one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOLINK to review cameras and detect movements easily. It is versatile and has a good interface for viewing frame by frame, which makes the work practical and simple.

Solink: Reliable Cloud Video Security with Intuitive Remote Access
Reviewed on May 11, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Solink has been an excellent cloud security camera system for our business. It gives us convenient remote access to live and recorded footage from anywhere, and the automatic cloud storage keeps our video secure. Since we joined, we haven’t experienced any downtime.
The setup process was straightforward, and their team provided strong support throughout implementation. They also helped us scale across several locations with ease. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for team members who aren’t technically proficient, and the smart alerts help us respond quickly to motion or unusual activity.
We conducted extensive market research before selecting Solink. Not only was it cost-advantageous, but the features were comparable to, or better than, those of other providers—both in current offerings and in future development plans. Overall, it has been a valuable investment for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback of Solink is that many of its security features were initially built with indoor camera use in mind. Since our business operates primarily outdoors, certain functions haven’t felt as well optimized for our environment. That said, Solink has made meaningful strides in improving its outdoor capabilities, and we’ve continued to see steady progress on that area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solink solved our challenge of decentralized monitoring across multiple locations spread over a large geographic area in Canada, especially since we were using different solutions at each site, by giving us centralized access to live and recorded footage from anywhere. Rather than relying on on-site visits or unnecessary flights to investigate issues and observe branch activities, we can now review remotely, respond to incidents faster, and make informed decisions without the added travel time and expense. Overall, it has improved operational efficiency, reduced costs, and given us better visibility and control across all of our locations.
