Existing AMI running Qlik Sense enterprise can be upgraded to a newer version of Qlik Sense by running the installation program of the newer version or by simply using the new version of the AMI available through the AWS Marketplace. After launching the instance and installation, enable login to the Qlik Management Console with Machine Administrator credentials. No Error was shown.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed how qlikview was laid out with its User interface. It was set up nicely to read daily numbers for fueled sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion the program had lag issues. Overall not a big issue.

It is difficult to download and update new version.

What do you like best about the product?
Qlik applications are easy to use, even for those who don't work with data often. They are also easy to customize if you have the right person designing them. The data can be displayed in the most basic format or it can be extremely visually appealing.
One of the best features is how easily data can be transferred from the applications to Microsoft Excel.

What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the amount of data in the application and what internet browser you are using, it could be slow. It works best with Google Chrome, from my experience.
If you need to do calculations with the data, you will need to export it into Excel, Google drive, or into another software. I haven't been able to make calculations within Qlik.
Because most people within my company do not know how code is written, there is a team that builds out the data by working with business partners.It would be nice if the build out could be more intuitive.

We are able to make data available to a large audience so they can access the specific metrics they need.This allows business partners to have access to the data that they need without having to work with the mainframe.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You will need to make sure that you have someone on the team that is able to write code. It can get tricky if you aren't proficient. You will also need to consider how frequently you need the data refreshed.
