Like all other RSA tools I have used it is very straightforward to use. I have always liked that, even when I first used their tools when working with the government services.

UI appears to be a bit outdated and lackluster.

It simplifies user identity management, streamlining access rights. The tool automates workflows, minimizing errors in onboarding/offboarding. Additionally, it enforces access controls to aid compliance efforts, appropriately restricting user permissions and minimizing security risks.

What do you like best about the product?
It never had any glitches. It was seamless. Moving from the hatd token to soft and then back. The UI/UX was simple crip and precise.

None that i can point out from using it for about 9 years
