Storeplay Radio delivers curated, licensed in-store music billed per store, per month, on a contract basis. You choose between two tiers based on how many audio channels each store needs. Radio Lite gives each store one channel per month. Radio gives each store unlimited channels per month. Both scale by store count, so your cost grows with the number of locations you enroll. The difference between the two tiers is channel access per store, not billing method. This lets you match the tier to how much audio variety each location requires.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one channel in the Radio Lite tier?
A channel is one curated, licensed music stream a store plays. Radio Lite gives each store access to a single stream at a time. Radio removes that limit, so a store can access multiple curated streams. This lets locations vary music by area, daypart, or purpose.
How is my bill calculated when I enroll multiple store locations?
Both tiers bill per store, per month. Your cost multiplies by the number of stores you enroll under a tier. Ten stores on Radio Lite bill as ten store-months at that rate. The channel allowance applies to each enrolled store individually, not shared across your network.
What music service do these tiers include, and do I get any other Storeplay features?
Both tiers cover curated, licensed in-store music that supports brand recall and staff morale. The tiers differ only by channels per store. They do not include display, scent, media, or queuing services. Storeplay runs those as separate modules on the same platform.
